Are You Noticing Any of the Following?

  • Feeling socially “out of sync” with others, even when you want connection

  • Physical and mental exhaustion after you socialize, or from trying to “keep up”

  • Difficulty making or maintaining friendships or relationships

  • Feeling overwhelmed by sensory input such as noise, crowds, textures, or lights

  • Struggling with changes in routine, transitions, or unexpected plans

  • Intense interests, or becoming deeply absorbed in specific topics

  • Being highly capable in some areas while everyday tasks, emotions, or social situations feel unexpectedly hard

  • A lifelong sense of feeling “different” without fully understanding why

An evaluation can provide clarity, insight, and direction to help you understand yourself better.

At ALPS, whether you receive a diagnosis or not, our goal is to provide a clearer understanding of your unique profile. You’ll receive:

  • Our reports summarize your relevant history, testing procedures, results, and diagnostic conclusions

  • You’ll leave with a concrete understanding of whether you profile can be explained by an autism diagnosis. We also can assess for other related conditions (ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, intellectual disability)

  • We assess you as a whole person and provide a profile of your communication, social, behavior, sensory, attention, executive functioning, and daily living skills

  • These may include:

    • College, workplace, or vocational recommendations

    • Speech-language services

    • Occupational therapy

    • Behavioral strategies

    • Mental health counseling

    • Skills-based interventions (e.g., emotion regulation)
