PSYPACT Telehealth Psychology Services & Service Areas
What Is PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth psychological services to clients located in participating states. Psychologists practicing under PSYPACT must hold an active home-state license and meet eligibility requirements established by the compact and individual state psychology boards.
Telehealth services under PSYPACT are governed by the laws and ethical standards of both the psychologist’s home state and the client’s location at the time of service.
Who PSYPACT Telehealth Services Are For
Telehealth services through Aligned Living Psychological Services are appropriate for individuals who:
Are physically located in a PSYPACT-participating state at the time of the appointment
Are seeking outpatient psychological therapy, clinical consultation, or diagnostic clarification
Prefer services delivered via secure video rather than in-person care
PSYPACT telehealth services are provided by licensed psychologists and are available to adolescents (ages 16+) and adults.
