Therapy
Our team of clinicians specializes in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches to address diverse mental health concerns. We presently offer therapy services for adolescents (age 16+), adults, and couples. Explore each service below for more information and a list of research-backed treatments used in our work.
If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s okay. The therapy process starts with a comprehensive clinical intake, during which we review your history, clarify your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
If your hope is to better understand your symptoms, explore possible diagnoses, or gain clarity around an existing one, learn more about our diagnostic assessment services and how we can support you in taking the next step toward understanding and growth.
Psychological Assessments
Psychological assessment (also known as evaluation or testing) can provide clarity when questions about diagnoses, functioning, or next steps in care remain unanswered. At ALPS, we offer comprehensive assessments designed to identify strengths, challenges, and patterns underlying your current concerns. Each assessment is tailored to your specific needs, whether for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, academic or workplace accommodations, or personal understanding. We presently offer psychological assessments for children (18mos+), adolescents, and adults.
Our approach integrates standardized testing with clinical expertise to provide insight that feels both practical and meaningful. We aim to help you better understand yourself and guide the next phase of care with confidence and direction.
If you’re uncertain about what type of evaluation you need, that’s perfectly okay. We’ll begin with an initial consultation to determine the most appropriate assessment process and ensure that recommendations are clear, actionable, and aligned with your goals.
